Meet the Broker: David Goldberg
David was born and raised in the beautiful state of Arizona, he’s a native Arizonan, which is hard to find in the Valley of the Sun! He graduated from Arizona State in 2009 with a degree in Business Communication. Shortly after, David earned his Real Estate license in January 2010 and began working with MCO Realty in Fountain Hills, Arizona. After four years of working in the business, David earned his Broker’s license. David is now apart of Realty One Group and excited about the future. David puts his clients’ interests first and is here to service any of your real estate needs!
Honors: David was selected by the Scottsdale Association of Realtors to be apart of the 2017 Scottsdale Leadership Academy. David has also been recognized by Realty One Group in 2016, 2017, 2019, and 2020 for being a multi million dollar producer and top agent at Realty One Group Scottsdale Office.
Meet the Broker: Steve Coover
Steve Coover is a Broker Associate with Realty One Group and has over 35 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Leasing and Development.
He moved to Arizona in 1988 from Boulder, Colorado after selling his real estate company in Boulder to a partner. He has worked in all facets of Arizona real estate for the entire 32+ years that he has lived here. He specializes in custom lot sales and custom home development. He has been involved with over 25 new home construction projects in Fountain Hills.
Personal: Steve was born and raised in small town Iowa, attended Iowa State University in Aerospace engineering, moved to Boulder, Colorado after college and entered the real estate business for the first time in 1974. He visited his parents in Rio Verde, AZ right after they were one of the very first to purchase a home in that golf community.
Realizing the potential, Steve moved to Fountain Hills in January of 1988 and worked with the master developer for 26 years selling over 300 custom lots.
Steve loves Arizona and has been active for many years in many civic organizations. Over 30 years in Kiwanis, over 15 years on the advisory board of Sunshine Acres Children’s home, involved with the Fountain Hills school district for 28 years and just generally active in the community.
